After the server upgrade the console is need to be upgraded to the same level
So on the wizard window run the console installation
Accept the license agreements
Enter the relevant info’s
Default path is the best one
I choose custom install just to control what will be installed on my server
Next step install the console
Just press finish
Now open the programs and get to Provision services console
Connect to farm with the appropriate credentials
check that you have all the collections vdisk present and the servers are green
Check also that the correct version is present
Verfy that the SQL database are the right one
